Gary George

Gary George is Chairman of the Board. George is Vice Chairman and CEO of George's, Inc., a privately owned poultry company in Springdale, Arkansas. He has 28 years of banking experience serving on the board of directors of First National Bank of Springdale. Two of those years George was Chairman. George currently serves on the Board of Directors for J.B. Hunt in Lowell. He was also an advisory board member of First Security Bank, Springdale. George is past Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the University of Arkansas.

Gene George

Gene George is Chairman of the Board of George, Inc. He has 37 years of banking experience serving on the board of directors of First National Bank of Springdale, Springdale, Arkansas. George also served on the advisory board of First Security Bank, Springdale. He has served on the board of directors of J. B. Hunt Transport, Inc. since 1961. George was inducted into the Arkansas Business Hall of Fame in 2002.

Don Gibson

Don Gibson is President and CEO. He has 25 years banking experience with First State Bank of Springdale, Worthen Bank of Northwest Arkansas, Boatman's Bank of Northwest Arkansas, Nations Bank of Northwest Arkansas and Bank of America where most recently he was State President, Arkansas and Market Executive for Arkansas, Oklahoma and Missouri. Gibson has an MBA from the University of Arkansas and is a graduate of the Louisiana State University, School of Banking of the South.

Dorothy Hanby

Dorothy Hanby is a Certified Public Accountant with a private practice in Springdale, Arkansas. She has 7 years of banking experience as a member of the Board of Directors of Simmons First Bank, Northwest Arkansas for 2 years and as Board member with Boatman's of Northwest Arkansas for 3 years. Hanby has been a member of the American Institute of CPAs and Arkansas CPAs since 1980. She is a past president of Northwest Arkansas CPAs and a former Vice Chair of Arkansas Department of Pollution Control and Ecology Commission.

Steve Stafford

Steve Stafford is President and CEO of First National Bank of Green Forest, Green Forest, Arkansas. He has 34 years of banking experience serving in his present position since 1978. He has served as director of several banking organizations including Arkansas Community Bankers (Treasurer and President), Arkansas Bankers Association (Group 3 Chairman), Governor's Task Force on Interstate Banking and Independent Community Bankers Association Services Committee (Vice Chairman).

Bob Shaw

Bob Shaw, JD is past Chairman of Willis Shaw Express, Elm Springs, Arkansas, an "over the road" transportation company specializing in Refrigerated Trucking. He has 28 years of banking experience serving on the Board of Directors of First National Bank of Springdale. He also served on the Advisory Board of First Security Bank, Springdale. Shaw serves on the Board of Trustees of Hendrix College and St. Paul School of Theology.

Loyd Swope

Loyd Swope is former President/CEO and Chairman of the Board of the Bank of Lincoln, where he served in this position for 34 years. He also served on the Board of Directors of Simmons First Bank, Northwest Arkansas for 6 Years. Swope is a former board member of the American Community Association and a past board member of United Way of Washington County. He is currently involved in several other civic organizations in the community.

Patrick Swope

Patrick Swope is Executive Vice President and COO. Swope has 15 years of banking experience. Four of those years, he worked for Bank of America Private Bank as Vice President/Private Client Advisor/City Executive for Rogers and Fayetteville, Arkansas. Swope has Series 7, 63 & 66 licenses. He also worked for The Bank of Fayetteville, NA for 9 years in all areas of the bank, the last 3 years as a Loan Officer. He is currently serving as a Member of Board of Directors of United Way of Washington County.
